霍城薰衣草，新疆伊犁州霍城县特产，全国农产品地理标志。霍城薰衣草产区与法国的普罗旺斯处同一纬度，且气候条件和土壤条件相似，是中国最大薰衣草种植基地，是中国的薰衣草之乡，新疆的薰衣草已列入世界八大知名品种之一。
霍城薰衣草产地土壤主要是沙壤土、草甸土，土质松软，含沙质，有机质含量在1%以上，含盐量在0.2%以下，土壤肥力中等，耕层结构良好，适宜薰衣草生长。霍城薰衣草叶形花色优美典雅，蓝紫色花序颖长秀丽，特殊的香气气味醇厚、浓郁，有“芳香药草”之美誉，被称为“香草之后” 。
Huocheng County in Ili, Xinjiang is a veritable city of lavender, where the largest and denser lavender fields in the country are planted. Every June-August, lavender blooms in the farmland on both sides of the road near Huocheng. The countryside is very romantic, and it also attracts a large number of tourists to come and visit for photography.
